RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Portuguese law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without needing to provide a reason.

Products eligible for a refund:

In original condition (no signs of use).

In the original, undamaged packaging.

Includes all accessories and manuals.

With original labels and seals.
Products NOT eligible:

Customized or made-to-order products.

Products damaged due to improper use.

Products without original packaging.

Personal hygiene products (opened).

Please provide the order number and reason for the return.
Step 2 - Instructions:

We will send you return instructions and the shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Step 3 - Refund:

Processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the product.

Method: Same as original payment method.

Delivery fee: Only on the first delivery (return shipping is non-refundable).

EXCHANGES
Defective products:

We will send a replacement product after verifying the defect.

We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
Exchange for size/color:

Available for products in their original condition.

Subject to stock availability.
